I was admitted to Bryan West, as soon as I got there I was visited by a doctor stating "I don't know why you're so sick but we are going to do everything we can to figure it out" they figured it out transferred me to Bryan East and they saved my life by just a few days. Nurses and doctor were kind and attentive, answered all my questions. Reassured me that I was going to be ok. An amazing hospital and, staff. Thank you so much for saving my life!

This hospital killed my niece. Dr. Nuygen kept at us she wasn't going to make it and they just didn't want to help her. They only wanted us to unplug her. She's the mother of three small children and now she's not here. I hate thos hospital.

I would give no stars if it was an option. I walked out. I couldn't sleep due to burning sensation and pin needle feeling all over my body and the Dr was quick to say I need sleeping pills and walked out. I was also there for other reasons he didn't even ask

You have to call his office. They don't give out that information.
You go to the emergency room triage. Then they will take you back to mental health emergency Dept. Than evaluate you from there and see if you need to be admitted up to the unit or in observation or see what the best plan is for you. They call the on call doctor first. You don't get to make that decision to go right up to the unit. But please go if you need assistance. They will help you the best way they can.
Not in the psych units.....other parts of the hospital yes.
