Are employees taught that they have the right to refuse service to someone? Yesterday, I witnessed 2 customers being incredibly rude to the employee over what they thought was a line and refused to move. I felt unsafe watching a fight.

No, I didn't see them the other day. Oh shoot, that's terrible. If you see them fighting in the store, try to avoid without involved or talk to the security.
