I bought a brand new Ducati from them, I rode it for 4 months, and now it has spent 3 months in their repair shop (manufacture error). During that time I've still had to make payments on a bike I don't have. I asked them several times to update me on the bike, but they have only ever called me when trying to sell me another bike. After spending 16k on a motorcycle, I had high hopes that I would be welcomed into the family of motorcycling with open arms. However, I have been treated like no more than a inconvenient dollar sign. This whole experience has made me extremely depressed, my motorcycle was/is my only vehicle, but it doesn't even feel like "my" motorcycle. I have tried to be patient with all of this, but I reached my breaking point. This dealer has no interest in you unless you just hand them money, smile and walk away. Shop somewhere else.

I called in to get a quote on a bike and the sales person got offended because I asked what can they do for me to earn my business. Honestly I understand if they are not able to do anything or are reluctant however for them to be rude about it and say with a how dare you ask me what can we do for you kind of attitude that is no way to run your business A simple I understand you’re asking for your best deal however with this bike it’s a very sought after bike and there isn’t much wiggle room on it, that would have suffice. But to sit there and tell me to go buy it somewhere else because I’m asking for a deal, it’s insane man. I don’t know how you would earn anyones business like that. I just wish people read this survey and make these reps understand you still need to earn peoples money

I purchased my Trident 660 from these guys. Great service, awesome inventory, and knowledgable staff. I will definitely buy my next Triumph from these folks. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Bought a T120 Ace from John. Above and beyond salesman. Didn't just sell the bike. I rode a 2011 T100 before this, so he took me outside to make sure I knew all the newer controls and features, modes, and even made sure I could get the bike up on the center stand (at 5' 2", its harder than it looks). He made it all fun and easy. Bought the bike on a Saturday and he called to check in Tuesday (the first day they were open after Saturday). If you're looking to buy a bike, especially a Triumph, go see John. Forgot to mention, when we sat down to do our paperwork I asked about delivery. It wasn’t super busy at the dealership on this particular day. John said he would take care of it and disappeared for a few minutes. When we finished paper work and came back out onto the floor, John told me they were getting my bike ready to deliver, but wanted me to take a picture with it before I left. When we went outside it was already gone! “Well looks like it’s on its way. It’ll be right behind you on the freeway.” Sure enough, we pulled into our garage and got a call that they were pulling up outside. Seriously...ridiculously good customer service from beginning to end.

I'm not sure.. I never has to do one.. I think they may do a brake and light. I think they'll want to make sure everything is working
They will change the oil on your Honda and look it over as needed. I have been in and out of Southern California Motorcycles quite a few times in the last couple years for various things, sales and service. They never disappoint. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and eager to help. Give Chad in service a call. He is sure to take care of your needs. ☺
