Had a wonderful time renting this theater. It's absolutely beautiful and the staff is just the best. Cannot recommend it enough!

Excellent show, fabulous staff. Couldn't be happier with the experience. The cabaret is supremely talented.

In my hometown in northern California, we had this beautiful old movie theater that I spent most weekends at. When I walked into the Cinton Theater, it was like walking through a portal back through time to my middle school days. All nostalgia aside, it was a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly, the MC was fun and engaging, and the venue was small enough to make you feel like you're sitting right up front no matter where you sit. I also really appreciated the gender diversity of the characters playing in the Rocky Horror Picture Show. If you're looking for a great Portland experience, look no further! I've lived here 15 years now and can't believe I've waited this long to go. Definitely recommend.

The second oldest theatre in Portland; simple & beautiful, you can feel the history as you sit. Unlike the chain cinemas, you watch good local adverts drift by on the screen before the feature starts. Donations given for free film Monday supports different local charities with a good list of classic flicks. Staff are really friendly, & prices for snacks are good.

They are also $8.00 at the door.
Many events sell out so online is best but for many events you can get tickets at the door.
Tickets vary by event. Some events at the theater are held by other organizations, and they set the ticket price. For anything that the theater puts on except for Rocky Horror Picture Show, tickets or everyone are "pay what you can." We might have a suggested ticket price, but it's really okay for you to pay whatever feels right toyou.
The stage is not wheelchair accessible without a ramp. We would need to rent one and install it for the event. It's easily doable. We have done it on at least two occasions with the Portland Storytellers' Guild.
I'm not sure what your question has to do with Clinton St Theater??
There are just a few steps you have to deal with. It is narrow. You walk in, pay, buy concessions and the next few feet boom, you are in the theater. Restrooms are located in the back of the theater area.
Last time i was there had a beer but dont remember seeing a wine list best bet would be to give them a call or check their website
It is. The theater does have high ceilings so it can still get hot when it's really packed but I've never been uncomfortable and i always bring a light jacket just in case it's too cold from the a.c.
