Walked in and it was empty except for a few other customers in the bar area. Waited for about 20 minutes and nobody came up to greet us. Out of frustration we decided to leave and find another place with better customer service. This is the third time with really bad customer service in this place. There are three waitresses that would much rather drink alcohol on the low as if we couldn’t tell the bartender was handing it to them. This place really needs to invest in better QUALITY waitresses and bartenders!

I honestly never write reviews, unless it’s amazing or really, really bad. I had ordered store pickup, buying $50 worth of food. First upon arriving there were zero people attending the front. I had to go on a mission to find an employee, whom I found, hiding near the bar all the way in the back, Lmfao. I bought two types of 10 pc boneless wings, the fried pickles, a side of free nachos, and street tacos. The wings had NO sauce, except DRY rub. (And were disgusting) The nachos were soggy and made in a hurry just like the street tacos. On top of all of this, the service, energy and cleanliness of the store location was horrendous. Recommended to no one, DO NOT COME HERE TRUST 🤮👎

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but the one in Brea is completely nasty! When I walked in the "Hostess" was on the phone, he didn't even look in my direction. My son and I waited there for about 10 minutes so we can be seated, mind you there wasn't a sign informing us to seat ourselves. So I phone called the location, he got up and was able to help us. I asked him if we can sit anywhere. He said yes, any spot is opened. So we sat, waited another 10 minutes no one came to take our order, some girl saw me looking around. She said, that part of the restaurant is closed. Again, there was NOT a sign stating to not sit here. So we got up and moved. Every table had left over food, they were able to get the trash, but didn't clean the tables. My son and I just left. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but Brea's is BEYOND gross!

The staff was very friendly, I stopped by after the rehearsal for graduation to get a bite to eat. The bartender made My strawberry lemonade 😋..OMG! I drank it all.. Well I also had wings & onion rings, I don't like the dip; but, Other than that my food was fine... The bartender who talked to Me about 8pm on 5/14/21, Thank You! For being so kind...
