I called this place multiple times today 7/30/2022 at 8:30am and a young lady by the name of Gaby said “hello how can I assist you” and then placed me on hold right after I asked her if she can check my insurance and disconnected the line multiple times. I will be going to another urgent care even though this one is right by my house. Do not call them I suggest you arrive and talk to them in person or else you may just get hung up on multiple times like me.

UNLIKE a lot of urgent care systems, it was so easy to make an appointment online; and we had just a 30 min wait before we were seen in the exam room. The medical assistant CHRISTIAN was wonderful and thorough in his care of patients! We’d definitely go back again if we need urgent care again.

It is not absolutely necessary, unless you have symptoms or if you have had close exposure to a known individual who was infectious with Covid-19.
