It's doubtful. I thinks it too cold for them. We stayed outside with jackets on and didn't get bitten.
No. Its a little but cooler, so if going surfing might want to bring a wetsuit. Very festive.

How much is it to stay there with a tent on the Ocean? Then how long can we stay?
If I'm bike touring, and won't need a stall, what is the cost? I would imagine there is a group site ( for hikers and bicyclists) that is less expensive than a separate RV or car space?
