Sure can. Extra vehicles are a separate fee per night. You can park for free on the street on the streets inland that run parallel to the 101, but you have to walk and its a little bit of a hike. Also the park limits spaces to 8 occupants just fyi.
Jennifer L nailed it. Only thing I have to add is that it's $15/per extra vehicle. (Last I knew) You can also get a 20 minute "hall pass" for free.
