No. The animal shelter won't take care of your dog while you're away. Do a Google search for ... canine or dog boarding. Maybe you can ask one of your friends or even your teacher to take care of him while you're gone?

Maybe the government needs to shut them down we can protest to have them shut down or hire new staff carrying inland loving staff

There are pet care places that you can board your pet for a period of time and they take good care of them. One that I know of is called Heavenly Spa or some such thing. It does have the word Heavenly in the name.
