I have a German Sheppered roaming around we have taken him in but he's in poor condition bad skin no hair skinny I can't afford to keep him what's the latest I can take him as a surrender I work all the way to Downtown LA

Find a shelter that don't put down they have one in Upland off Arrow Highway that's what I suggest because you take it to the bottom part and most likely they'll just laying down but give him a chance

I think you can take him in past 5 pm I suggest calling the shelter and arranging a drop off or pick up poor doggie we'll likely be put down in his condition .
