Go to the nearest vet.. I went to one near a church on temple.. Its accross a gas station but before big lots,, i forgot the street..there is a long wait,, but its just what i think..hope ur chewawa feels better... Google and search for one.... Hope that helps
At this hour take him to a emergency animal clinic surely there's one around your home google it hope all goes well with your doggie.
