There is no real "no kill shelters" in Los Angeles. There are low kills and that's it. No kill places are rescues

They will take your money and kill the cat.

You can take it to the shelter but say you found it or else they will make you pay a fee for leaving your pet there, unless you don't mind paying a couple bucks for it
