A shelter will have vaccine pricing that you can't get anywhere else, however, it will also be a place visited by more people than they can logisticaly handle. So U have to keep in mind. If you want quick-service a local vet would probably be a better option. But more expensive.

So don't be so cheap then. Animal hospitals have half price days. Better then wasting you time.
We did have to wait just to ask questions about an animal. Not very organized.
