ASPCA is stationed outside of the office talk to them. They'll do anything for a dog to not go to the pound. This shelter has a ton of great dogs it's just too bad the process to get a dog is ridiculous there. Took me 2 hours to try and get a dog I finally found was available cuz most of the dogs there are not. Then because they don't fix them yet I had to come back the next day for her to be fixed and wait another two and a half hours to pick her up. Tons of people walk away in the line because they call out the number you pick and tons of the people have already left. Those are all potential animals that will be put down due to their bad management. It's very unfortunate
No. If you find a dog and try to hang up a flyer they will ask you to surrender the dog.
Is not their job and there are not a place for lost and found in the location unfortunately their job is reduce the amount of animals on the streets
