I am not sure. My dog which was a rescue had a pretty good sized bill. I would take the dog in and ask them to do an estimate. They did with me .
We do not perform anesthesia free cleanings as they do but address the disease below the gums. As Rick said, you can try brushing. We would be happy to see your pet and either teach you how to brush, or give you an estimate for a cleaning and assessment.
You can brush your dogs teeth your self they sell the stuff there or you can go to PetSmart/ Petco they can instruct you how
