I would like to get a hypoallergic cat as a pet. I'm especially interested in: Siberian Foerst Cat, Balinese, Burmese, Color point Short hair or Siamese.

No cat is hypoallergenic. The allergen to which humans can be allergic (FEL-D1) is in cats' saliva and sebaceous glands. The idea that specific cat breeds are "hypoallergenic" is a marketing ploy and leads to a lot of unnecessary and harmful breeding, cat abandonments and euthanasia that could have been avoided by simply choosing to either live with the allergy or not adopting cats.
