Penny's is going down hill.... it's almost deserted, and there's never anything in my son's size(he's between big kids and adult sizes, but the choices just aren't available.) I grew up shopping at Penny's, so I'm used to better selections at great prices. I just think the Brick and Mortar stores are losing to companies like Amazon, unless they keep re-branding themselves like Target and Walmart.

I've always enjoyed JCP. I like the clothes and that I'm not forced to have to buy teenagers style for my older body. The prices are good, I love a sale.

I forgot to ask for his name but the manager working the mens section Saturday April 16th at 11:30 helped me and make me feel welcome(he has glasses). We worked through the issue I had with a purchase I made 2 weeks ago. Amazing man
