I have fostered kittens for Wags and adopted one of my dogs from them. Truly a shelter run by kind and loving people who are making a massive difference in the community.

They really have a good thing going. I volunteer there when I can. They really find good homes for the animals. If you don't have a cat or a dog then go to WAGS and adopt one. You will thank me later.

I volunteered to help out with sick and homeless kittens. I made friends with people and cats. It is definitely a sanctuary but they all need a home in the end. So please adopt a dog or cat from WAGS... The best adoption center around. You can also find your lost pet there so get them chipped. Thank you.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful! They gave me and my children plenty of time with the kittens before we chose and adopted our picks the same day. The youngest kitten started getting sick after a couple of days and they took her in and cared for her right away, asking us to wait to bring her back home until they got her back to full health. So happy we came here and recommended you do the same!

You can also go to this facility in person if possible and tell one of the people at the front counter to give you an application. Fill it out, turn it in and they should call you to let you know when you have to go to the orientation. Good luck to you.
Yes, Wags can take your kitty and provide a good home/family for it
OMGosh yes !!!
Very sorry for your loss. Please contact WAGS directly. 714-887-6156 text them
I went there a little while ago, I do not believe the rescue hamsters though. From what I saw, there were only big dogs and cats. Puppies are not available now so you know.
Thank you where are you located What ís science diet kibble
Hello, Yes we do. Call us at (714)899-1100 to schedule an appt, walk-ins are welcomed.
Hello, Yes, but with parents on property too. Thank you for asking. Sincerely, Michelle
I'm sorry your cat that is gone. :( Maybe you could try asking them in the store.
I'm pretty sure they are always taking donations
Check their website often. All dogs/puppies are first come first served. You need to make an appointment to see any pet you'd like to adopt. You can either call them or use their website.
Hey is your husky male or female?
no
I'm fostering a kitten from them. I believe they do. You can call or text the number to confirm tho
We follow their Facebook page to see if they have any dogs you're interested currently again in their center. Then the Facebook post will have an email address to contact their person handling the adoption. She'll send you an application and will see if you match with the dog or puppy you're interested with. We just adopted a dog and they're really helpful and easy to work with in social distancing guideline in place.
You can take it and ask. I think they want stuff in good working order though.
No they don't
Email or call them and they can inform you as to what age is allowed to volunteer. Maybe you can foster a pet in your home? They will explain everything.
That's what cats do. They are very independent.
No cat is hypoallergenic. The allergen to which humans can be allergic (FEL-D1) is in cats' saliva and sebaceous glands. The idea that specific cat breeds are "hypoallergenic" is a marketing ploy and leads to a lot of unnecessary and harmful breeding, cat abandonments and euthanasia that could have been avoided by simply choosing to either live with the allergy or not adopting cats.
There are family programs for kids(under 16) and parents together to interact with cats (HISS), or working with dogs(BARK).
Yes, Wags doesn't put animals down they find Loving homes for all
I'll check for you but I think its 16

You can volunteer as many hours as you want, from seven a.m. to seven p.m. seven days a week.
There is an adoption fee and that fee includes the chip plus spay/neutering. Last year when I adopted my dog it was around $150 ish.
