As a general rule, these institutions only cure the animals they have inside the facilities but they vaccinate the ones that belong to the public along with the ones they have inside the facilities. But who knows? This company might have some low cost veterinary services because it may be an exception. to the rule. Call them at the number they have here, go over there and speak to someone in person or check their website for more information.
