You now have the client tell there worker they need a provider authorization form that you and client fillout. YOU TAKE THAT FORM EITHER DROP IT OFF OR MAIL BACK TO WORKER. YOU have to go to ihss office and do a 1hour orientation class,and fingerprinting all at ihss office (there is a fee). Wait for background to clear then your ALL SET.
The person must talk to their social worker to bring you the sheets you are going to fill out and she will sign you up and tell you the steps to follow
