I'm happy to be moving to Summercrest. The office staff is nice and they really stay on top of things. The maintenance manager is friendly and helpful. They even have security patrolling the place which gives me peace of mind. 👍🏾👍🏾

I dont understand vhy this summer crest management dont have consideration. They dont know how to manage to assign the parkng.. not equally assign.. We need improvement The laundry room iis dirty The garbage bin is full everyday No maintainance rooming around to clean Some office clerk MALDITA SOMATRA Poor customer service😂😂😂

The management of these apartments are the most horrible bitter people. They are led by the manager lady Edith. She is rude and condescending. She makes threats to scare tenants to get them to do what she wants. If you try to have a conversation about something you’re having a problem with or disagree with them about anything, they immediately go on attack mode and even threaten to evict you if you don’t agree with their response or question them in any way. I really hate these people, especially Edith.

The interior of the units are extremely poor quality, just like their customer/tenant service. They definitely do not provide us with equal housing opportunities. Here i have a few of the many neglected conditions the landlord approved, in order for us to move back in. This is how the "brand new renovated unit" looked when we moved in. the last picture is how we lived for 2 months when our apartment go flooded not sure why the landlord didn't help right away.
