This place is awful!!!! When you call their will be a angry troll waiting to argue with you!!! This place needs to get shut down!!! Who hired everyone that works here???? People are going through tuff times and we have to deal with people who don’t care about nothing but arguing with you???? You guys messed up my life and the employees made sure of it!!!

Just call the lady that pick up the phone she was been so rude !!!!! She was talking over me saying hello hello hello I ask to speak with someone else and she hang up!!!! My case worker is Brenda its been almost a month since I left a voicemail and she hasn't contacted me back. You guys aren't there for free!!! You guys are getting paid to help people not to make life harder!!!! She even got upset because I called "a week" ago asking for information.

This place is awful I don’t even think people do their job here you can give them all the information on a person and I’ll never find them the customer service is OK but their advice is whack even if you’ve been in the system for years they still can’t even find your keys I don’t think anyone does their job here

You need to go in person to your county offices and state your case. There they will help you with the whole process.
In person you can make cash payments in the office
I have not received a tax return in 15 years. It will be a payment for April.
You should already have your account set up at the child support office in person. Once your personal info is in their system then the 4 digit pin will get you to an operator. The operator will call a child support representative and leave a message. Then wait 3 business days for a return call. Or just go to 3666 kernel villa road in person
If you have a phone speak into it and it will be translated. Keep calm and pray before meeting with anyone. Just go to the office. Everyone is bilingual
