I have never been to this place. My daughter friend had told her where she is able to purchase plain shirts. I drove half an hr to get to this mall to experience the customer service in this place. I was with my child the whole time she has never been to this place either. We had already gotten 3 shirts that was folded as my daughter was walking towards the exit mind you that is where the pants are. We already got the shirts she needed a young lady who works there stopped my daughter and told her that she can take her shirts to the register to “hold” while she looks around some more, as she walks away I asked my daughter why did she take your shirts she told me that she has been following her as she was walking around I was already annoyed at that point I had gone up to one of the other girls that work there and asked her “are we not allowed to walk around with the merchandise?” Her response was “no you can” so I walked to the register and asked that same young girl that took my daughter 3 shirts why did she take the shirts from my daughter? Her response was “ohh she was holding a lot so I thought I’d ask if she wanted me to hold the things up front” I told her that was only 3 shirts we didn’t even get through half the store and my daughter feels uncomfortable. I stayed in the store as my daughter still looked around this time I was holding the merchandise and I was holding a lot not one of the workers there asked if I needed my merchandise to be placed up front. I see other people in the store who is holding clothes and I didn’t see this girl ask anyone else, but she want to tell me that she always ask people. BULL SHIT! They seriously need better customer service and not make people feel like they are going to steal their $7.99 shirts my daughter whole outfit cost more then what was purchased. UNBELIEVABLE NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN..

I buy my bf a lot of the stuff from here . It’s convenient and it’s in the mall next to target. They always do a bunch of sales and every month we go there they got like new stuff I think a lot of girls buy their stuff here cuz sometimes their prices are lower than forever 2.1. The employees re really nice they always help out with a full outfit so always askk they’re cool about it

This is my store!! I always go here for club dresses :) honestly the style has gotten better and they always have new stuff every week. I always go every Wednesday to see their new!! Their prices are decent too compared to Windsor . The mall has Q and forever 21 too but I go here for my outfits. Their jeans are good and last long as well. I recommend this spot for those who haven’t come by!!
