Aloud on a leash but the lifeguard will tell you to go down the beach to a certain dog friendly part as long as your with your dog and keep it under controll and pick up his mess its all good
Dogs are allowed and its posted that they need to be on a leash. Although I went there 2 weekends ago and the spot where we were at none of the dogs were on a leash. It was also right next to a lifeguard tower.
