Noone is answering your phone and there is no recorded message. Are you open. How can I put my membership on hold without coming in. Do I just call my credit card company?

Hello all. Fitness 19 is closed at the moment. They closed last night at 10pm until further notice.

They are definitely closed. Got an email last night. They are saying closed until further notice. So if its less than a month, you've likely already paid so theres probably nothing you can do. But yes, call corporate and I'm sure something can be worked out

They always answer the phone, so it has got to be that they are closed! Call their corporate office. They will probably have to refund the money for the membership if it is more than 1 month that they are closed!
