MetroFlex is a great gym - you'll see the only negative reviews are pretty much about politics. Don't let the negative reviews fool you. I've been coming here for about 2 months now and always feel comfortable here.

Clean, lots of equipment. Has free weights, pull up bars, and a ham glute raise machine - perfect for any full body workout.

This is a top notch gym! The owner is amazing and the equipment is awesome. Inexpensive. Just a good no frills place to get fit!!! A bit of a throw back gym vs all these big box gyms with Zumba and classes. You come here to get huge, not to waste time!
