I do not find this community to be a friendly place to live. I have been here for 8 months and have received more letters from the powers that be complaining about weeds where I hang my rugs flower pots in the front of the house and several other issues that don't seem to be accurate. You need permission to do anything on your place including painting the outside and landscaping. They claim to protect the value of the community the safety of it's residents. I find them to be short sighted and nosey. Nothing is done about the condition of many of the units( in need of a paint job) the race track that resembles a main road threw the community. They offer nothing in the line of amenities no clubhouse no pool no tennis courts nothing and meetings are held at a church. Look elsewhere this place stinks and I look forward to my departure.

Don't know of it. I drive by there almost everyday because I deliver mail on the other side of address

That should not be a problem as long as you notify the association with the proper paperwork.

You need permission to do any kind of work. The request needs to go to the arcitectual commity. I'm sure you can go on line and get the form fill it out and email it to that committee to get approval

I have read the HOA rules and it appears that my wife and I can move in to the neighborhood: I am 58 and she is 48. I am retired. She still works. Am I reading paragraph 9 correctly?

Yes that's right, my husband was 62 and I was 54 when we first moved there.
