Been coming to this park for 7 plus years. Owners have changed at least three times. Each time it's gotten better. Staff has always been amazing. Seems like the new ownership as of July 2022 is dedicated to continuing to make it even better. We made so many friends here that we see each year. We love how close the place is to the ocean.

Enjoyed staying here . Will go back again but felt like they could have kept up better on the weeds that where everywhere between all the camp spots . Also more privacy between spaces would be nice . They had a partial fence but not all the way. Overall the staff was really nice. Pool was clean. Close to the beach . Will go back again .

We really enjoyed this place. We stayed in one of their two available glamping tents which includes a fan, a mini fridge, and a keurig coffee machine. Bed was comfortable and clean, bathrooms were very nice, staff is AMAZING, great location, price for tent was very reasonable, very nice laundry room, pool area was perfect, and they also have a great play room with video games/pool table/tv/board games. Lots of kids around riding bikes. Felt very safe. The only quirky thing is that the resort is located next to a train track. It didn’t really bother us. Seemed to stop running from 10:30pm -4:30am so sleeping wasn’t a problem. We are looking forward to our next visit!

First if all we stayed for 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful time. There are some quirks about this place. The commuter train is near and it is set behind some businesses that make it seem strange. However once you are in the park it seems you are in RV heaven. Totally new bathrooms with new showers(wife loved that). Pool area is relaxing and clean. Lots of space to ride bikes and close to anything else you want to do. The staff was amazing (the main reason for the 5 star instead of 4) Overall I left wanting to come back again so that says alot.

Hi Lauren! We are a pet friendly park. We do have breed restrictions but not weight restrictions. Breed restrictions are Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweiler, Chow, Cane Corso, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, German Shepherds, & any wolf hybrids. These restrictions are per our insurance company. We do make exceptions for service dogs.

There is no age limit. All RVs must be in good condition. A 1975 airstream is just as welcome as a 2019 as long as it looks nice & is kept clean & tidy.
There is a paid dump service during business hours. I believe I heard it was $25.00
What is the answer about year round pricing? Or the 90 day stay and then return after 2 days?

They offer 3 month stays. If you a good resident Joanne is super awesome and will work with you.
For summer rates depending on a few of cars dogs and extra people I think the base is 1675 or 1775 it's a lot compared to other places that have more amenities and good communication with the staff
It was 1000 a month last winter
Our park mixer is a social gathering for guests that are staying in the park. It is not open to public. They are held twice a month during summer and once a month during winter up at the club house.
There's no RV storage at Oceanside someone would have to be there with the unit
Actually it is normally $1000 a month but during summer months they bump the rent to $1600. We were staying there but had to leave due to the price increase.
Right now thru end of may it is between 975-1075 plus electric. You get full hook up concrete spaces with privacy fencing!
We have tents spaces that would accommodate camping in an SUV!
No they have customary showers for paying tenants the showers are located near the pool the doors require a key but they are very nice and clean showers leaving you feeling sanitary for a public shower TBH especially after along day at the beach
