This gym is so good they clean all the floors and vacuum all the floors and my trainer is good he really teaches us how to defend our selfs from other people.

Do not join this gym. They scam you when you try to cancel your membership. I tried canceling three times and still couldn’t cancel. Not worth the money. Gym is over crowded. Bad service. One location. No parking.

First session with UFC Gym was a killer HIIT workout haha. Got the sweat going and the weights pumping. The people I worked out with were cool and the coach was a real motivator. Definitely going to be coming here as often as I can

This gym is open for business and has tons of classes
Boxing, muay Thai, Brazilian jiu jitsu, general cardio, etc. It also has pretty good weight room. First Class is free. I'm there 3x a week, I love it.
The minimum age for adult classes varies, though for most conditioning and non-contact classes 13+ is the ideal age.
