Yes. There are trails that differ in difficulty. It is not uncommon to see folks running, walking (both with and without dogs) as well as folks on mountain bikes.

@fastrackhorse founds - Horses are not allowed on any BPRD property. It's a district-wide park rule. "4.3 Horses and other stock animals are prohibited, except as authorized by the Executive Director or a designee." I haven't seen equine access, yet trails are long. Are horses allowed? If so, where?

Yes, there are paved trails nearby also, though the ones within the park are unpaved.
