This appears to be rhetorical question. We had a pleasant experience with the staff.
As I stated in my review, there are PLENTY of people that have absolutely zero business being in the field for sure! A lot of the poor reviews had valid points. The problem is, people don't know their patient rights and that they can ask for a different doctor or nurse, medical assistant, physician and nursing assistants if they wish to. You can file an official complaint as well-try to make sure it's a serious issue though like a direct violation of law. All medical professionals can be investigated. I had an overall good experience. Don't be shy about speaking your mind to them-they need to be held accountable too! No need to be rude about it, but if they give you lip back because you made a suggestion and brush you off, ask for someone else and give an explanation to another health care professional. Always remember that people make mistakes, but- having a bad attitude and disrespecting patients is unacceptable in the field. Washington state has toughest health standards in US!
Depends on what part of the hospital your in, the ER Nurses here are the worst Ive ever met in my life, just a warning
