Normally they do, just check in at the office. However currently there is a Spokane Regional Health District covid isolation Center there so I'm not sure if that may have their policy. best bet would be to call.
Steve is correct. You would need to call. Because of it being a temporary COVID isolation center, they are being super careful about visitors entering the facility.
