Just stopped in and had great service from all the staff but especially Ali and the lady making sandwiches. Way to go!!

I was really hoping to like this place. First, you would think the girls would be sweet here seeing they work in a bakery and get to enjoy all of the baked treats for free… Also, I was pretty disappointed in the challah bread. It’s to thick and seems to be undercooked. All the best!

Morgan and Allie were amazing. These young ladies were extremely informative and despite it being so late in the day they helped us pick out the perfect sandwich. I will definitely be back again. Yum yum yum!

Great place to meet friends for morning coffee! For years I've loved the breads, cinnamon rolls and pastries! Very accommodating staff , including making special arrangements for pick up of ordered goods.

We do make a bread without Gluten, it's called our GlutenX breads. We have two varieties, regular and cinnamon Chip GlutenX breads. They don't preserve as well as our regular breads, so we freeze them and put them in a chest freezer at the front of the store. Come try one, or you can even order online too.
Sure do...they are tasty too. We have several other Gluten Friendly options too if that's what you're looking for!
sanitation every night, no dining in services, all employees wear masks with social distancing requirements in place. Curbside pickup available for online orders to assist those wanting that service
No such an item as bread without carbs
Great question....the answer is not yet, only one local grocer in the Spokane area carries our bread....and it's the Huckleberry's Natural Market (926 S Monroe) on the South Hill. However, just today a conversation began with getting our breads into the "Fresh Basket" grocer in Kendall Yards so that could possibly be coming in the next few weeks too.
Sure do, we've named it "Bessie" and you're more than welcome to come in and meet her if youd like! She's about 5 years old now.
We've not yet tried, but we can get a recipe and try it for you one of these days, sounds yummie
Sorry for the delayed response, NO....but Honey, which is our sweetener, is a natural anti-mold/bacterial material, so the breads themselves will last 7-10 days on the shelf and longer if you freeze them. To give you an idea, here is the ingredient list for our Honey Whole Wheat Bread: 100% Stone Ground Wheat, Water, Honey, Yeast, Salt.......THAT'S IT...pretty simple but healthy and flavorful! Hope this helps.
