While the previous comment was correct (for that time), you should check with the venue for the exact event you are planning on attending cuz the rules can vary (& can & do change sometimes.) Different venues & even individual attending artists can choose to impose stricter rules than mandated. As a general rule of thumb, I'd only ask for critical info from crowdsourcing as a last resort. It's inherently unreliable. Aka trust then verify.

When we went mid Sept, masks are required, no vaccination. BUT, only one employee enforced the mask rule.
