There's a parking structure right next door at the Double Tree and another one across the street at The Grand. Street parking is normally not an issue either.

Street parking after 7 is free. And if you're looking for somewhere to go to dinner beforehand, the Azteca down the street has a large lot and will comp your parking if you eat there.
I'd spend 10 min at least looking for street parking and save $10-$20 bucks
Get there EARLY!
You can find parking at River Park square and walk over the the arts.Its cheap that way.
Like the other guy said, there's structures at the hotels. The one at the Double Tree is probably a little more of a walk. If you park at the Grand hotel across the street that will probably be easiest unless you find street parking. There are also pay lots south of the park. These are also very close to the theater, just across the street.
