A friend has a pickup order but cannot go to Walmart herself. What does she need to do to allow me to pick it up for her?

You can also have the order brought to her house. I do that all the time.

Also she can put in an alternate pickup person in the order

On the app for her order it asks that very question and you can type in someone's name to allow pick up.

Yes just give her the confirmation number

Call customer service and they should be able to tell her what she can do!!

Sorry... I've never done the new shopping method.. I have been able to call WalMart for other reasons. Hopefully someone else has the answer. Sh'lom Mitch 😎
