First of all we found Park Model Homes on Youtube watching tiny home videos. We came across Joey Nelson doing some fun, casual yet informative videos on Park Model Homes. We were not that familiar with this type of a small, 399 sq. ft. home but Wow this is far from a tiny home. The model we chose was Kennedy by Woodland Park. We were able to chose from a lot of color options both interior and exterior and customize the home to perfectly fit our needs. We chose to have high ceilings with transom windows through out vs loft. There is so much natural light with huge bay windows in the front that truly make it feel much bigger than it is. The build quality on the Woodland Park brand is top notch. The attention to detail with moldings and finish work and overall build quality is excellent. We could not be happier! Our purchasing experience was nothing short of amazing at Park Model Homes! For a purchase of this size and making big decisions based on pictures and expert advice it was surprisingly painless. Joey Nelson made the whole experience fun and very easy. He explained the details of the home and carefully went through an extensive check list of options. Of course we chose almost all of the upgrades. Ha ha After a few phone calls and emails back and forth we had completed our design details and made our decision. Just to be 100% certain we flew to Spokane to meet with Joey and see some park models in person and even stayed in a park model in a nearby RV park. A great experience and it really helped to get a feel for the small sized home we would be investing in. With the help of Joey we were able to get great financing, which can be tricky since not many lenders understand what a park model is and that they fall into the RV catagory yet they are more expensive and custom than an RV so there are no comps. Completion and delivery came in a very reasonable time frame considering all the industry delays and shortages. This is not always the case and I have heard of 12 month plus lead times on most brands. All in all we are extremly happy with our new home and would highly recommend Park Model Homes in Spokane, WA Thank you again Joey Nelson!

I can’t say enough about how great Joey was to work with during the process of getting our new park model. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. When I decided I wanted to change the bathroom out for a different one.. he phoned the factory right then and there to make sure that it was possible. As with anything.. new home, new car, or new shoes there were a few minor quirks after delivery, which by the way due to COVID-19 we thought we were going to have to wait a lot longer for delivery, the items were addressed by the Park Model Homes team. I would recommend this group for sure and have to many, and I would absolutely buy from them again!
