This place is really on the ball 🏈 to serve their customers! While I was explaining what part I needed for my snowblower from the manual, another employee overheard and was bringing the part before the one I was talking to could turn around! I forgot the manual at the service desk, and when I drove back to retrieve it, the employee was bringing out the manual as I was parking, he recognized my vehicle! That kind of customer service is truly rare!

Terrible. 2 attendants and I had a snowblower chute partt I wanted to order. The worker said that the part could only be ordered as the full snowblower chute. Not true, the parts are available in pieces if interested. Not sure what worker was so interested in besides helping me?

my husband works there they do NOT work on john deere. If you have a john deere you have to take it to a john deere store for parts and maintenance.
Yes, they help everyone. And can get you parts for anything. If your not handy, they have a service dept that will fix it for you. Tim Keck A.R.C. Grounds Division
