I've only had good experiences here. Ordered a tub of fries and they gave me an overflowing tub in a bag and it was good. They have ranch in the condiment pump station. And the condiment cups are the deep kind so I can really dip my fries. So far a 10/10 experience.

I try and stop by zips every time I'm in town. Unfortunately, when I went to this batter's location they didn't have any fry sauce which is necessary for a solid Papa Joe. So just before I left town I went back to Zips to get the full experience... while I requested fry sauce and they had fry sauce, fry sauce did not make it into my bag unfortunately. I had to leave without enjoying a good Papa Joe in it's final form.

The owner should probably check on their night shift staff. Says open 24 hours but I drove up early Thursday morning and saw the two employees sitting in the booths with headphones on playing on their phones. The order board then had an audio message saying “Due to short staffing we are currently closed” Ha! I saw the staff in there they just refused to get up for me to get food. What a joke.

Went to this zips location looked like a night rush . Got thru the first 3 cars just fine . Then sat thier for 20 minutes to receive my 2 papa Joe's incorrectly made.Buns not toasted . Ordered grilled onions they were burnt to a crisp...but yet some how the ham was cold. Your line cook is a bum . Gave no regard for his job . Seemed to care more about his music & eating the fries that they told us that didn't work because the fryer was down for the night . 20 minutes for 2 papa Joe's. Wow.
