Horrible experience. Food quality was poor (the "lo mein" resembled spaghetti noodles instead of authentic lo mein, chicken very gristly/fatty, the "vanilla" ice cream tasted like frozen cream and sugar, etc). Wait time to be seated was excessively long. Staff seemed more interested in shooting the breeze with each other than trying to get everyone seated or settle bills so people could leave. I noticed an odor where I sat (and this was after inadvertently touching the bottom of the table as I sat down, which was VERY sticky), it smelled like a cross between urine or a stuffy, smelly gym. When I brought this up to someone and requested to move tables, they ran and told what I assume to be a supervisor who said loudly, "he can ****ing put up with it, I don't have any more tables to give, I'm tired dealing with these stuck-up a** people". Never, ever again! Unprofessional and indifferent staff, unclean environment and poor food quality. Do not recommend at all.

The food is always good, but just filter. The first chair I grabbed was sticky, then the wall next to me looked like it had never been cleaned.

Staff are friendly! Food not bad! I don't have anything against homeless people!!! but I had been two times there and not good experience with those people! First time one homeless picking whit his fingers all the food and eating from the food is keep to the costumers!!!and second time one standing in front door really dirty and picking his nose! Tables not clean! If you want your restaurant to have a good environment you need to make sure people like that don't go there and make sure everything looks clean!!There are some homeless that have manners,but there are some don't know about manners. Horrible experience!Not going there anymore!My niece, my daughter and me, we got food bug! Not good!And I am pretty sure is because the cleaning side! And people touching there mouth and picking on the food! All those germs! Desgatin!

I just called 12-27-2021. Adults are $12.99 plus tax and drinks are extra. Seniors are $10.?? Plus tax and drinks extra. Didn't check kids prices.
Masks on when you get up. Staff always wearing masks and sanitizing tables.

Birthdays no, as for cost with drinks it is around 22$. But I do know that kids eat free on Tuesday. So there is that. Hope that helps.

I hope you shared that with management. Posting publicly bad things is not a good idea. As a business owner I would want someone to come to me first if they have a problem or complaint. Bad people are everywhere these days. if the business owner doesn't know about it they can't do anything about it publicly posting bad things without letting them know is not the right thing to do.
