Are you calling the 743-8942 number

They are difficult to get through to. I have been selecting prompt #4. This sends you to the judicial branch which is NOT S.Paris. I was transferred to S.Paris from there. Long hold times, but you eventually get through. Just make sure you are actually talking to someone in the S. Paris court and not the answering service. Hope this helps!
