We live in The Villages and have one acre lawn. The back (west) and sides are stressed and very thin. We seeding work to fill in? The original grass is St Augustin but now is a mix with Bermuda from the golf courses.

The dichondra seeds that I purchased are covering my tiny 2 x 18 foot area perfectly. What I love is there are so many seeds in the package that I can quickly sprinkle a few seeds in any spaces as necessary. I wish I could post a pic so you could see what 6 weeks of growth produced.

We recommend good soil contact for optimal germination and growth. Argentine Bahia would require less maintenance and would be a similar look to St. Augustine. Bermuda would be similar to the golf course.
