The jack on the tongue of my travel trailer was bent completely out of shape and had to be replaced. I made an appointment for early in the morning. Google directions are accurate, but when you get to the destination, stay on the left fork (ignore the sign that warns against public access, this is just to deter random people, not those seeking services) and there's a short drive with a loop - paved. The owner was in a bit of a rush, as his help had called in and canceled work that day, and he himself had to leave early. When we realized that my ball was making my trailer sit too low to attach the new jack, and going to the store to get a new one would have put him past his departure time, he graciously gave me a new ball. I thought that went above and beyond. He answered all of my questions, was quick and pleasant to talk to, and was fair. Thanks!

They did it again!!! Our hot water heater was leaking. Fear over came me on how much it would cost to replace it. The Toy Doctor replaced a washer that was defective. Their honesty and service is beyond compare. Thank you Toy Doctor!!!

I needed my awning motor replaced and I had seen the Toy Doctor truck on the highway They set a date and time and arrived as promised. Friendly, professional, and willing to answer any question I had, Fantastic group although they were only here for a half hour. This company will be my go to for any future travel trailer needs.
