I was there last weekend and no appt was needed. It's better to go on a weekday to avoid crowd
delays in delivery as well. our new living room set was originally set for beginning of April, now pushed to mid May! even the April date i found ridiculously long.
no..just walk in with a mask..but it is very busy so try going first thing or off hours
