Car buying can be a daunting task, but upon meeting and dealing with Alex from Ira 128 it turned out to be very simple and straightforward. I generally avoid car dealerships because they are full of aggressive and demanding sales staff who generally just want to make a sale and don’t always take the time to listen to your concerns. Alex went above and beyond to assist us in buying a car that would fit our needs and budget. He was patient throughout the process and never pressed us with timelines to get the sale completed in a ridiculous amount of time. He was understanding in terms of working out our own financing and always attentive, knowing exactly who the car was for and what they needed and wanted- even buying my son an adapter! He was always available for any questions or concerns; and if he didn’t know the answer- he will find out for you! I will truly say that this was the easiest purchase of a vehicle that I have made and am completely satisfied with how the entire process was handled excellently. Alex is sure to be our go-to in the future and HIGHLY recommended by our family!

Had the pleasure of working with Mr. Matthew Strong. He did a great job with finding me a bigger and updated car to fit my soon to be family of 4. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. He kept us updated daily as to when the title arrived. We picked up the car today which was also quick and easy! I made my appointment for an oil change by phone and was impressed by the courtesy and how easy it was to do so. My appointment was two days following the call. When I arrived at the Ira Honda Service Center in Reading, Leah, my service representative was cordial and remembered me from the last time. Following the usual protocols, the service technicians made recommendations for several other things I needed, including all four tires needing to be replaced. I decided to have all the procedures done that same afternoon, since I was able to wait with the vehicle. The work was completed shortly after 5 pm and I was pleased with the attention given to it as well as to every aspect of customer service. Leah checked in with the technicians and then with me at a few points in the afternoon. I was pleased with my experience and will return for future service for my 2013 CRV.

Very accommodating and helpful. I ordered a part for my civic that was back ordered and they kept me informed the entire time. When it came in, they were quick to call and let me know! Our shuttle service runs from 8am - 6pm daily. Your service advisor can help you get shuttle service during the check-in process.

We do! We have several name-brand tires for you to choose from depending on your needs. Our Service Advisor can help you determine what is best and schedule an install and determine if an alignment if needed.

The engine service indicator light can come on for many reasons. What's most important is that you call us and schedule an appointment so that we can diagnose the situation. Although you may not feel, hear or see a change in your vehicle's performance, there may be an issue that will only get worse the longer you wait to have it checked.
Yes we wash and vacume all vehicles that are here for service with the excetion of "Express" due to the time restrictions.

We will evaluate your vehicle and provide you a trade-in value regardless of the age of the vehicle. It takes about 30 minutes to get you a trade value.
