Hi, we have a property in Davenport our property management company did our pest control. We no longer use the management company so we need someone to keep the pest control up to date until the property is sold. How much for a couple months?

It cost about 90 per application. They come out once every 3 months. If needed they will come out again within a month of the initial service at no additional charge. I'm sure you can tailor a plan for your specific needs.

1 year or a 1 time special which includes 4 services for 1 month. Pricing depends upon the targeted pest.

I believe they do contracts for a 1 yr minimum only.
