Why is it that Everytime I go to a Walmart store located in less affluent neighborhoods there are Always police cars (at no matter what, day or night) and just recently a big flashing sign that reads "shoplifting is a crime you will be arrested" .

It is because poor people or considered criminals, more likely to commit crimes and are treated differently by Walmart, the police, and other be Corporation.
