All Cosmetic's on 1st floor wonderful! 2nd floor women's clothes Very disappointing !! No real sales like all other stores now. Merchandise also below par. Macy's sure isn't the store it use to b !!

I struggled to find assistance at the make-up counters for the first 12 minutes that I walked around. The young lady near the Tarte make-up was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She ensured all my questions were answered and worked diligently to balance her time between me and two other customers. I can respect her efforts working within the conditions of being short-staffed in the middle of a week day.

I wasn't impressed with the store. They are extremely shot staffed and the place felt dirty. It appears they were doing some sort of inventory, and we kept getting in they gentleman's way The staff was extremely polite, but clearly lacking in enough help.

I love going to Macy’s! I can always find what I need and the staff is very helpful and attentive! Great deals if you get coupons, open up a credit card with them or just in general they always have great deals going on .
