The employees at this location go above and beyond for their customers. I didn't catch the 2 female employee's names who helped, but Richard (along with these women) were all super friendly and helpful. Thank you!!!

I ordered a product for delivery today 5/2/22 and they sent email saying at my door. Sent picture of the door. Not my door. Address number and unit on my door address was verified correctly on the tracking email. The girl gave my package to someone else.SO NOW THEY HAVE TO INVESTIGATE AND IT WILL TAKE 48 HOURS FOR THEM TO FIND MY PKG!!!!!!!!! Apparently the person delivering doesn't know how to read numbers or unit letters!!!!!!!! And it's my fault or I am lying. I offered to send the email with wrong address along with my door with my house number and apt #. Today is 5/6/22 guess what still no package, no email and I call customer service again today for a refund. Obviously I'm not getting a replacement. But here's another kicker it took them exactly 0.2 seconds to take cash out of my account to pay for this but it's going to take me 7 days or longer to get my money back, all the while someone else has their free gift on me via bed bath & beyond. Also, I asked to speak to someone that I can make a complaint to like a manager or some office that handles complaints. Guess what they don't have such a thing. So as far as management is concerned everybody's happy and they're providing excellent customer service. What a joke. This explains why bed bath & beyond is closing the doors on a lot of their stores. I vote this store number one in the worst customer service ever provided by anybody in this area.
