Hypothetically if my roof has a leak and panels need to be removed so the roofers can do their job. Do I call a easy solar to come and remove the panels? If so how much per panel to remove and reinstall?

You will know what the cost if before you get them. So maybe it will be $200 to take them off and put them on for roof maintenance issues, but that depends on your agreement.
